Head Start Mission Statement
The Colville Tribes Head Start is a community program involved in improving the quality of life for children and families. Head Start advocates through partnerships and individualized educational opportunities that will strengthen and preserve the child, their family and community, while maintaining respect to tradition, culture, and heritage.
