This website is used to help the Omak Youth Coordinator keep track of children signing up for our activities program. We also created this survey for the parents to fill out in order for the Activities Coordinator to plan. During the school year it is hard to plan events/activities because the limited space. But we want your feedback on what you think/want us to be doing with your children throughout the school year.

The Form below is the one you fill out to sign your Child up with our Activities Program! For 2024! Please remember that communication is key. This is not the sign-up for individual activities, just the program as a whole. You DO NOT need to sign your child up if you already did so.
